Certificates of origin, certifications, supplier declarations: Non-preferential rules of origin are among the most challenging issues in foreign trade, both in export and import. Applications not completed in accordance with the regulations as well as missing evidence can lead to delays in delivery, long waiting times and trouble at customs. The consequences are added costs and negative impact on your business relationships. In this seminar, you will learn how to correctly issue certification applications and certificates of origin, what to bear in mind with the various origin criteria and how to apply them.
