The Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) are jointly organizing this interactive Webinar Series to provide practical tips for in-house counsel, lawyers, arbitrators and mediators active in the fields of international commercial dispute resolution and drafting of international contracts.
This first webinar will focus on a case study involving disruptions to a supply chain for medical devices caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Our two speakers will address emergency relief in force majeure scenarios and ways to avoid parallel proceedings within the supply chain, and provide practical tips for dispute resolution clauses in the supply chain.
After the formal presentation, there will be time for Q&A.
